Management duties include supervising a team of up to 15 employees per shift to ensure safety protocol is being followed, guests are happy, facilities are clean, and business is running efficiently. Other duties would include scheduling, money handling, training, opening/closing, ordering, and handling guest issues/complaints. Summer holiday, night, and weekend availability are a must.
Duties include answering phones, taking reservations, checking guests in, answering questions, cashiering, stocking shelves, pricing stock, and light cleaning. Must be professional with guests, outgoing, and friendly. Shifts could be up to 8 hours.
